Welcome to AniAni ("AniAni", "we", "our", or "us").
AniAni is an AI-powered platform that enables users to create original characters ("OCs"), generate animations and videos, and participate in a creator-driven content economy through licensing, remixing, and trading.
By accessing or using AniAni, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Eligibility & Age Considerations
AniAni does not impose a general minimum age requirement for accessing or using the platform.
However, by using AniAni, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Certain features may be restricted based on age or legal capacity
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AniAni complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
1.1 Paid Features & Payment Eligibility
To access paid features, including purchases, usage fees, or licensing fees processed through third-party payment providers (such as Stripe), you represent and warrant that:
- You are legally permitted to enter into a binding payment agreement in your jurisdiction
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method
AniAni does not independently verify age or payment eligibility and relies on user representations.
1.2 NSFW Content Access
Access to content classified as Not Safe For Work (NSFW) is strictly limited to us ers who are 18 years of age or older.
By accessing or creating NSFW content, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Account Registration
Certain features require account registration.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities conducted under your account
AniAni is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.
3. AI-Generated Content & Platform Nature
AniAni enables users to generate characters, images, and videos using AI-assisted tools.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated outputs may not be unique
- Similar or identical content may be generated for other users
- AniAni does not guarantee originality, exclusivity, or legal protectability of AI-generated content
4. User Content & Responsibility
4.1 User Content
"User Content" includes any characters, videos, images, text, prompts, or other materials created, uploaded, or generated using AniAni.
You retain ownership of your original creative expression, subject to these Terms.
You are solely responsible for:
- The content you create or upload
- Ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights
4.2 License to AniAni
By submitting User Content, you grant AniAni a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use such content solely for the following purposes:
- Operating, maintaining, and improving the platform
- Providing platform features and services
- Displaying content within the AniAni community and user interfaces
AniAni will not use your User Content for external marketing or promotional purposes outside the platform without your prior consent, except for limited uses such as featuring publicly visible content in product screenshots, demonstrations, or announcements where reasonably necessary to promote the Services.
5. Original Characters (OCs) & Usage Permissions
AniAni provides tools that allow creators to define usage permissions for their original characters.
OC creators may:
- Set usage fees for others to use their OC in new videos or content
- Specify whether derivative or remix works are allowed
- Apply different rules or pricing for remix or reuse
Users who use an OC created by another user agree to comply with the creator's defined permissions and pricing.
AniAni facilitates these interactions but does not guarantee usage volume or earnings.
6. Remix & Derivative Content
When creating remix or derivative content:
- You must comply with the original creator's permissions
- Applicable usage or remix fees may apply
AniAni reserves the right to enforce, modify, or restrict remix-related features to protect platform integrity and creator rights.
7. Marketplace & Transactions
AniAni may provide features that enable:
- Licensing of OC usage
- Sale or distribution of user-generated videos or content
You acknowledge that:
- Transactions are generally final unless otherwise stated
- Platform service fees may apply
- Pricing, fee structures, and revenue arrangements may change over time
AniAni is not a bank, financial institution, or investment service.
8. NSFW Content Policy
AniAni may allow NSFW content under controlled conditions.
8.1 Definition
NSFW content may include:
- Sexual or erotic themes
- Partial nudity or suggestive imagery
- Adult-oriented narratives
8.2 Mandatory Age Restriction
NSFW content is accessible only to users 18 years of age or older.
AniAni may apply content filters, visibility restrictions, or age gates.
8.3 Content Labeling
Creators are solely responsible for:
- Accurately labeling NSFW content
- Applying appropriate warnings and tags
Improper labeling may result in removal, restricted visibility, or monetization limitations.
8.4 Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)
The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Sexual content involving minors or characters that appear underage
- Bestiality or sexual content involving animals
- Non-consensual, exploitative, or abusive sexual content
- Extreme violence combined with sexual themes
- Content promoting illegal activities
8.5 NSFW Use of OCs
OC creators may choose whether their characters may be used in NSFW content.
Remix creators must respect NSFW permissions set by the original creator.
Violations may result in account penalties or loss of earnings.
8.6 Platform Discretion
AniAni reserves the right to restrict, remove, or limit NSFW content to comply with legal, operational, or payment provider requirements.
AniAni does not endorse NSFW content.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Upload illegal, misleading, or abusive content
- Circumvent platform fees or safeguards
- Exploit platform features in bad faith
AniAni may take enforcement actions at its discretion.
10. AniAni Intellectual Property
All platform software, AI tools, interfaces, branding, and related materials are owned by AniAni.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Termination
AniAni may suspend or terminate access if:
